William D. Lewis, LIC, MBA, REBC, RHU
Over the past 22 years Bill Lewis has reviewed, designed, and
implemented changes to employee benefit programs for public and private
employers in Texas and Michigan. He started Integrity Benefits LLC, a
full service employee benefits consulting agency in August 2003 after
many years working in the employee benefits industry.
From 1988-1994, Bill was employed by Kaiser Permanente, the largest HMO in the United States, in their Department of Medical Economics. During those years, he oversaw the utilization of healthcare services and worked with healthcare providers to improve the quality of the healthcare delivery system.
From 1995 through 2003, Bill was associated with Group Benefit Services, Inc. and AssureCare, Inc., both third party administrators of employer benefit programs. While there, he developed self-funded programs for the firm's clients.
